Continuing Education & Certification

At the conclusion of this conference, participants may receive up to 14 continuing education credit hours for their professional certification or license renewal. The conference is AGD PACE certified, so members of AGD may receive their credit through that organization by bringing their AGD member number. Please fill out the verification form at the registration desk before you leave the conference.

Admission

Participants of any race, creed, gender, and ethnic or national origin and qualified handicapped persons are accepted for admission to the conference. In accordance with BYU policy, conference participants are asked to refrain from using tobacco, alcohol, coffee, and tea while on campus.

The Division of Continuing Education at BYU is committed to providing a learning atmosphere which reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who are otherwise qualified to attend. Prior to registration, all applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program requirements and available facilities with the program director.

    Online Registration will be available until the week before the conference and will close on August 3, 2012. Please complete your registration by this date. The Division of Continuing Education has a new and improved registration system where you are no longer required to set up a member log-in and password.

  3. Phone-in Registration
    Registration by phone at 1-877-221-6716 will be available in February. Please note that Monday May 30, Monday July 4, and Monday July 25 are holidays, and our office will be closed. Payment can be made by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Early Conference Check-in and Walk-on registration

Early conference check-in and walk-on* registration will be held Thursday, August 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in 2297 BYU Conference Center.

For those checking in at this time, you will receive your name tag and conference materials.

*Note: Walk-on registrations are difficult and costly for the Academy and do not allow us time to arrange for any of the meals, food breaks and conference materials. Please register and pay fees by 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2012. We will then be able to send you important follow–up information before the conference and have materials ready for you when you arrive.

Refunds

A full refund, less a $25 handling fee per person, will be granted if a cancellation request is received by 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2012. No refunds will be granted after this date. The university is not responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
