$29 Stethoscope & Blood Pressure Cuff available for purchase. Each participant must have a stethoscope and blood pressure cuff. You can purchase this when you register, or provide your own.
Registration Fees Include
Health Care Provider CPR Certification, text book, handouts, miscellaneous training supplies, Utah State Bureau of Emergency Medical Services testing and certification.
BYU Credit Optional
This course is offered for ½ to 3 credits of Student Development 199R, which is internship credit, through Evening Classes. EMT registration fees ($870 or $915) are NOT covered by university benefits for full-time BYU employees and their spouses. Details regarding how to sign up for credit will be given the first night of class.

Refund Policy — NON REFUNDABLE AFTER DECEMBER 16, 2011, 5:00 p.m.
Refunds minus a $25 processing fee may be granted until December 16, 2011, 5:00 p.m. Due to the fact that the registration and exam fee for each student must be sent to the Utah Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (BEMS) along with other documentation NO REFUNDS are possible after DECEMBER 16, 2011, 5:00 p.m.
