There are three convenient ways to register:

2. By phone at 877-221-6716. VISA, Discover, and MasterCard payments are accepted. Weekdays 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
3. In person at the Harman Continuing Education Building, 770 E. University Pkwy., Provo UT 84602   See Map
   8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on weekdays, excluding holidays.

Registration Notes
Full tuition payment is due upon registration.

Refunds
A $50 handling fee will be assessed on all cancellations requested up to two weeks before the workshop begins. All refund requests must be in writing. Refund requests can be mailed to BYU Conferences and Workshops, 161 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 84602, or faxed to 801-422-0730. No refunds will be given after June 11, 2012.
