Any time payroll data is mailed, it will go to the mailing address noted on Route Y, which is the main system that BYU uses. It is the employee’s responsibility to keep this information current to prevent any mailing delays. Please note: pay advice from direct deposits and W2’s do not forward to a new address when you have a forwarding order with the Post Office. It will be imperative you keep this contact information up to date to prevent any delays in future mailings to you.
This is also where you can update your phone number or email address. This is important in order for us to be able to get ahold of you. If this is not current, it could significantly delay the hiring process.
