Update Application Contact Information

Any time payroll data is mailed, it will go to the mailing address noted on Route Y, which is the main system that BYU uses. It is the employee’s responsibility to keep this information current to prevent any mailing delays. Please note: pay advice from direct deposits and W2’s do not forward to a new address when you have a forwarding order with the Post Office. It will be imperative you keep this contact information up to date to prevent any delays in future mailings to you.

This is also where you can update your phone number or email address. This is important in order for us to be able to get ahold of you. If this is not current, it could significantly delay the hiring process.

  1. Log on to the EFY Employment Center
  2. Click on the “Update Personal Contact Information” icon.
    • TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER: Click on the “Mailing Address” blue link to edit the address and click “save.” Your pay advice and W2 will be mailed to this address. As you can see, you may also update your phone number as well. We advise that in this section you list a cell/land number that you check regularly so we can be sure to get a hold of you if needed.
    • TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: Click on the “Email Address” blue link to update your email address and click “save.” Please note any emails sent to a Hotmail, MSN, or Yahoo account is often considered as spam by these email hosts. Please remember to check your Junk/Spam folders if you have an email address with them.
