Step One:
Complete the online Application by September 26, 2011. It will not be available after this date.

Step Two:

Seminaries & Institutes NEW Teacher Applicants:

Once you have completed STEP ONE (the online application), please email us at efyteacher@byu.edu with the following information:

• Your full name
• Name of Seminary/Institute
• S&I Area
• Area Director (First and Last Name)
• Area Director’s Phone Number
• Area Director’s Email address

Your application will then be complete.

NON Seminaries & Institutes NEW Teacher Applicants:

If you have never taught at EFY (or it has been over five years since you last taught with EFY) please send in a video, DVD, or post a video presentation (yousendit.com, sendthisfile.com, YouTube, etc.) on the web by: November 21, 2011.

If you post a video online, please send an email to efyteacher@byu.edu with that information.

• VIDEO: The video submission should be of you teaching the youth, ages 12–18. This video should be a substantial amount of time (recommended 20–40 minutes) and the teaching should be focused on the scriptures and gospel principles. We do not call our teachers “speakers” therefore, we expect student participation throughout the class. If you have questions about this, please email us at efyteacher@byu.edu.
• REFERENCES: Please also include either in your email or in your mail submission TWO references (names and phone numbers) of individuals who have seen you teach the youth, along with a short detailing of your teaching experiences.

If we do not receive a video presentation and references from you by November 21, 2011 your application will be considered invalid.
